Shubham Tipugade’s passion for hair artistry was ignited early on in the modest town of Jaysingpur. Inspired by the transformative power of hair artistry at the HBS event, he dreamt of turning his passion into a full-fledged career.
In 2020, Shubham took a bold step and founded "Krushh Professional" with his sister Shweta. Their dedication quickly earned them a loyal clientele in Kolhapur.
In 2022, he took a significant leap by establishing the academy, sharing expertise with aspiring artists. The turning point came when they were honored with the Globe Business Award by celebrity Shilpa Shetty Kundra.
In 2023, the accolades continued with the MBI Awards from Munmun Datta and Tejaswini Pandit. To further master his craft, Shubham sought advanced training at the prestigious Sassoon Academy in London.
